Of Monsters and Men is a winning Icelandic band of the Musiktilraunir (a competition of bands of their country) 2010. The name of the band is set to the lyrics of their songs, that mostly tell the story of all kinds of monsters and humans.

Pink has a followers' big cult, like for example the members of Animal Collective, who recorded it for its stamp Paw Tracks in the year 2003. Pink touches and produces almost all its music and he is known for using sounds of battery produced with its own mouth.
